You really need pliers to do this. And it leaves a bit of a sharp edge at the bottom of the heart that we needed to file down - it comes with 2 chains, makes sense I know, but this was not clear to me when I ordered it. - this is really not high quality jewelry to say "I love you". It served the purpose that I bought it for just fine, but for a meaniful statement this is not really it. Plus for value / quality, price is a tiny bit high Rating: 4 / 5 You should know. . .
