Very nice product. I like the size as it is not too large and not too small. The overall quality is average, but it does durable and certainly appropriate to give to someone you are just beginning to date that you want to express your feelings with. Overall, the price point is right, and the dual chains you receive are very nice and make a subtle statement of love. Thank you, I am pleased with this product.

This product is nice and it looks great but, I wish that it came in a bigger size. It’s a little to small to see it and to read Ilove you on it. Besides that it’s a great product.

You should know. . .

- as noted by someone else, you will need to break apart the heart yourself. You really need pliers to do this. And it leaves a bit of a sharp edge at the bottom of the heart that we needed to file down

- it comes with 2 chains, makes sense I know, but this was not clear to me when I ordered it.

- this is really not high quality jewelry to say “I love you”. It served the purpose that I bought it for just fine, but for a meaniful statement this is not really it. Plus for value / quality, price is a tiny bit high

It is good & cute but one thing everyone should know is that you have to break it yourself. They come attached.
