Phoebe is played by Alyssa Milano, Shannen Doherty played Prue before she was booted from the show and replaced by Rose McGowan’s character, Paige. Below is a picture from the show.
First off Phoebe is Alyssa Milano. Shannon Doherty was Prue. There is probably a fan websight which features some of the merchandise from the show.
Phoebe is not Shannen. Prue is shannen.
