would these work good for high jump? also im not to big of a fan of high jump shoes lately so thats why im asking on a long jump shoe

@chrisi112345 You can use jumping shoes for sprints yes, nothings wrong with that. You shouldn’t use sprinting spikes for long jump, though.
im 15 and wanna know, if i can use this shoe for sprints and hurdles, too? i jump ca. 6m and run about 12,5 on 100m in cheap allround spikes…
